Executive Chef Chad Visger has a background in French pastry & a passion for all things food. He attended Johnson & Wales University in Denver, CO, where he studied culinary. As a veteran in the hospitality world with over 10 years of experience in both pastry & savory foods, Chad takes classical flavors & builds unique modern desserts that provide an extraordinary sensory experience.

Chad & his wife Samantha always had a desire to create a family business someday. After purchasing their home in Walworth County in 2020, they felt an immediate sense of community & support, that allowed them to take a leap of faith. Chad's creativity and passion for his craft along with Samantha's educational background in hospitality, has inspired PBC's identity. In the forefront of it all, is their son, Cole. You'll likely see him alongside his parents at events, soaking it all in. And if you ever ask him what the business is called, he'll be sure to let you know it's, "Pastries by DAD".
