About Us

 Executive Chef Chad Visger has a background in French pastry & a passion for all things food. He attended Johnson & Wales University in Denver, CO, where he studied culinary.  As a veteran in the hospitality world with over 10 years of experience in both pastry & savory foods, Chad takes classical flavors & builds unique modern desserts that provide an extraordinary sensory experience. 

He was featured on FOX's Next Level Baker - Season 1.

Chad has worked in CA, CO, IL & WI.

Chad & his wife Samantha always had a desire to create a family business someday. After moving to Walworth County, they felt an immediate sense of community & support, that allowed them to take a leap of faith. 

They are looking forward to watching their sons, Cole & Lucas grow up in the bakery!
