Chef Chad understands the struggles & burdens individuals who are gluten-free face. He has made it his priority to offer a large variety of gluten-free items on his menu & accepts special dietary requests such as dairy, egg & nut-free. 

His novel approach allows you to enjoy celebratory dessert food without sacrificing flavor. Make sure to check out desserts labeled with an (*) to quickly identify our G.F. items. All cakes/cupcakes can be made G.F. as well.
